Planning Your Stay At All-Star Movies

Last week we took a tour around the grounds of Walt Disney World’s All-Star Movies resort, one of Disney’s whimsical value resorts. This week let’s take a little closer at what you should know if you’re planning to stay at the hotel.

1. What Does It Cost?

Rooms start at $101 per night for a standard room excluding tax. Additional charges may apply if there are more than two adults per room. The standard room sleeps up to four guests plus one baby in a crib. King sized bed options are available, as are rooms with special accessibility accommodations. Preferred room rates begin at $119 per night.

2. World Premiere Food Court

If you’re looking for a bite to eat while at the hotel, you can stop by the World Premiere Food Court, a quick service style dining option located at Cinema Hall. There are five stations at the food court, serving up foods like pizza, grilled chicken sandwiches, vegetarian ziti, and more. Bakery items and ice cream are also available, as is breakfast (from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.).

For a special experience, ask a Cast Member to see the “Secret Menu,” which includes items like a cinnamon bun burger and poutine with gravy and cheese curds.

Some dining plans are accepted.

3. Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar

Guests 21 and older can stop by the Silver Screen Spirits Pool bar outside Cinema Hall and near the Fantasia pool. The bar serves beer, wine, sangria, and speciality cocktails. Guests can drink at the bar or take a cup to go.

4. In-Room Dining

Guests who are hungry, but don’t want to leave their room, can always take advantage of Disney’s in-room dining. Available from 5 p.m. to 1 .m., guests can have items like pizza, wings, and sandwiches delivered directly to them.

5. Recreation

Beyond the pool and playground mentioned in last week’s post, Guests can also unwind at the Reel Fun Arcade located at Cinema Hall, or take in a movie at “Movie Under the Stars,” located at The Reel Spot outside of the World Premiere Food Court. Guests looking for a more active experience can take a job around the resorts one mile long jogging trail.

6. Additional Info

There is a small gift shop located in Cinema Hall. Guests can also take advantage of the park’s complimentary bus service, located just outside the gift shop. Be aware that overnight parking now costs $13 per night.
